Did a run last night - for just over 45 minutes.

No run today - rest day.

Ruby was a little better after having a bad couple of daye with a virus. Not much to eat today, but quite a lot to drink - plenty of fresh orange juice.

Haz had doctors appointment about an inhaler for when she does sport. The doctor prescribed some solbutamol inhalers - one for home, one for school. to be taken 15 minutes before sport.

Alice had her Grade 1 Clarinet examination at the Grange School. She was a little nervous at first, but her teacher said she did very well, and she (Alice) seems to think she did OK. Should find out the results within a couple of weeks or so.

No calls from any agencies today.

Must call Anthony tomorrow.

Must call Dave's Gym tomorrow too!

Got an invite from Clare and Ash (Sweetman) to their post-wedding party (they're getting married in the Dominican Republic), but unfortunately, the party is on the 20th May, which is the night before the Chester half-marathon!! Duh! Duh! Duh!

Had a trip to Delamere Forest/Eddisbury Hill to do some hill training. Had a case of shin-splints (recurring injury) so had to curtail it after about 30 mins. Kate did much better!
